About Us

I've Spent more than 20 years working in the military, law enforcement, and safety training. I work for a safety training company that is dedicated to empowering, equipping, and educating individuals to be safe. We do this through intentional story telling, situational learning, and high-quality media production.

As a cop, I worked as a hostage negotiator, K9 handler, detective, and school resource officer.

My family is actively involved in quality control, camera work, creative development, and other behind the scenes work. Out of respect for them, I don't put them on here .hostage negotiator, K9 handler, detective, and school resource officer.

God Centered

Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer each person. Col 4:6 ESV

Hostage Negotiation

What other industry can say that they have a success rate over 80% with solving major problems in 3 - 4 hours on average? There aren't many. Hostage Negotiators have to think on their feet, creatively, and with precise emotional intelligence to get through someone's worst day. It's this kind of thinking that makes the Tactical Talker crafty, cunning, and compelling.

K9 Handler

It's true the dog does most of the work. The handler has to be able to read the dog's behavior and understand what the nuances mean. This attention to detail is why The Tactical Talker fills in holes with story telling, connecting dots that create confusion, and the drive needed to tell a good story.
